최애 means a thing that you love the most and do not want to change with anything in Korean. Choi(최:崔) is my last name and Ae(애:愛) is my mother's last name. The brand name comprises two of the name. It simply explains that you can make your own favorite gimbap with their special service.
崔愛 is a non-existing brand.
It is a virtual restaurant that exists in my imagination.
I create a logo and menu for its brand and draw illutrations of food.
